I also thrive as an athlete because eating vegan will help your energy levels, increase your endurance and boost your stamina. I have been studying nutrition for 2 decades. I hold a certification on Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition, Completed with T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell This is the most comprehensive current program in plant-based nutrition with lessons from 25+ experts. Some of the worlds greatest doctors and scientists designed this course.
What nutrition information I can teach; the role nutrition plays in chronic disease, the relationship between diet and weight loss, tips on how to implement whole food plant-based meals, and the psychological reasons people are drawn to foods that do not support health. I will educate you on how a whole food plant-based(WFPB) diet can support fitness and athletic performance, how government and industry can affect dietary choices and the environment, clarify trendy diet topics including: gluten-free, low-carb, vegan, paleo, etc. Although I am a vegan I will not push this decision on anyone I will simply educate upon request. I can also create diet plans according to your lifestyle goals with or without vegan options.
